Start with a cold-pressed juice or smoothie, handcrafted and made fresh with intention. No preservatives, no additives. Our sourdough is just four ingredients: organic flour, water, levain, and sea salt. Our bagels are always hand-rolled and traditionally baked. The coffee is made with reverse osmosis filtered water on a La Marzocco. And the shelves are stocked with fresh produce, everyday essentials we'd bring into our own home, and small-batch finds like pasture-raised eggs.
Our Story
The Culture Side began with a simple idea: create the kind of neighborhood market we wanted for our own family.
As husband and wife, and parents to three children, we've always believed the everyday choices we make matter. We're L.A. born and raised. Maya has a passion for cooking from scratch; Jesse discovered a passion for baking that grew into a commitment to craftsmanship.
